"More stressful than it needed to be"
Booking seemed easy at first, but after that it got kind of frustrating. Some of the details weren’t very clear, so I ended up double-checking everything a few times, and that part was weird. Support did get back to me, but it was slower than I expected and didn’t really clear things up much. I got my tickets eventually, but the whole process felt like more hassle than it should’ve been. Not sure I’d use it again.

I thought I was out of luck because every other site I checked said sold out. I tried this one while sitting at my kitchen table with a half-cold coffee, and somehow the tickets were actually there. Booking was quick, the confirmation came through without any drama, and that was that. Happy with the whole thing and I’d use it again

"Refund was way easier than I expected"
I had to cancel my booking and thought the refund was going to be a whole headache, but it wasn’t at all. ticketstodo.com got it sorted quickly, support actually replied (which is always a relief), and the money was back in my account within a few days. Really happy with how smooth the whole thing was

"Promo code worked after a quick retry"
I used a voucher on my tickets and it didn’t go through the first time, but after retyping the code it worked fine. I had checked with support and they basically said, “just make sure there are no extra spaces and try entering it again,” which ended up being the fix. Not bad overall, saved me a few bucks.

I paid for my tickets without too much trouble. After I entered my card details, the page took a few seconds to load, and I felt a bit anxious for a moment. Thankfully, the payment went through just fine, and the confirmation came shortly after, which was a big relief.

I had a small issue with my booking and got a bit worried at first, like maybe it was going to turn into a whole thing... But I reached out to TicketsToDo support and they got back to me faster than I thought they would. There was a little bit of back and forth, nothing too crazy, and in the end they fixed it. Giving 4 stars because it wasn’t exactly instant, but overall... good support...

The booking process was mostly fine and easy enough to get through. I did notice a few extra fees late in the process, though, which was a little frustrating. The terms were available, but I feel like they could’ve been explained more clearly upfront. Overall not a bad experience, I just would’ve appreciated seeing the full cost earlier.

I booked my tickets through TicketsToDo and the voucher came through by email quickly. When we got there, redeeming it was straightforward, I just showed the QR code along with my ID.
The only small thing was that the staff needed a few minutes to find/check it in their system, so we had to wait a bit at the counter. Nothing major though, entry went through fine and there were no extra charges. Overall, a good experience.

"Support came off a bit rude"
I reached out to support and the agent sounded kind of annoyed, like I was bothering them. It didn’t feel very professional. I also couldn’t shake the feeling that there might be some extra fees or charges they weren’t being totally upfront about, which made the whole experience feel even less reassuring.

"Asking for extra money, even more expensive than tickets should be."
I did pay tickets money plus International transaction fee.
They (TicketsToDo) sent me a message on WhatsApp asking for more money.
I didn’t pay more as they said.
My tickets were not available at the checking desk.
I make a refund with minus International transaction fee again.
I paid for my tickets directly to the place I went.
I realized that TicketsToDo charged me even more expensive than my tickets should be (45AUD).
Feel like they (TicketsToDo) is so tricky and trying to take more money from me by cheaper advertisements.
