Horrible experience, do not use this operator. I booked and paid for tickets for my parents to go up burj khalifa on New Year’s Day. When they got to front desk the barcode was missing from the e-ticket and were told to contact tickets to do for the barcode. Although they were responsive on WhatsApp they needed support from sales team to look into issue and I was left waiting for hours for them to get back to me. After 3 hours of me chasing them up were told no one from sales team was responding and issue couldn’t be solved all we could do was get a refund. We were unable to book another ticket for the day as they were sold out, and wasted half of my parents last day of visit waiting around for a response, and they couldn’t do one activity they had looked forward to while visiting us in dubai. Horrible experience do not use them, book direct or through another site.

I had recently booked tickets for green planet dubai and the price at which I bought it for was less than any of the other sites that were providing tickets. The process of booking tickets was the smoothest experience I have had and will always be using tickets to do to book my tickets for any attraction

Gave me FRAUD EXPIRED expo tickets. Expo confirmed that it’s expired when I have paid the full amount. They were used by someone else and then sent to me. Terrible service. No accountability. Worst customer service and terrible communication. UAE number doesn’t work. Late replies.

This is an amazing and genuine website with extra ordinary deals. Apart from the deals, the customer service is just mind blowing.
You can always compare the actual rates and their discounted rates on official website of an attraction. Example, we bought laguna water park, sky Dubai and Kidzania tickets from them. The average tickets on their site is approximately 30% less. So if you have a group of 5 people, the 5th one goes for free.
We had some issues with the laguna park as the park Managment said it’s without meal. We texted them on watsapp and walla!!! they sorted it out within 10 mins and we got the meal as well.. truly amazing. Highly recommend this site.
Sometimes there are no discounts.. like Dubai frame if you buy OTC children are 20 adults are 50. On their website children are 25. But we got to know that Dubai frame gave EID discounts for OTC. Which they were unaware of.. so can’t blame for that.
Much much better than other websites where it takes ages to contact the customer service.

Cheaper price for attractions , immediate response from customer service. Hassle free payment mode including PayPal!. What more. Thanks would like to book again for greater bargains with them . Thanks guys

We just ordered tickets for 5 people at Laguna Beach Park and were attracted by the (small) 4aed saving offered when buying from Ticketstodo rather than directly from the Park (as we always do). WHAT A BIG MISTAKE….We bought the same ‘combo’ package as advertised by Laguna Beach Park, but today found out the Ticketstodo EXCLUDE drinks….Something they sneakily DONT tell you. We can now spend about 200aed on drinks alone extra… First degree scam if you ask me. Too bad I trusted these folks… Tried to talk to the helpdesk only to be told that I should have known better…

Edit after further investigation and intervention by Ticketstodo management after 12 hrs:

This issue was picked up by a supervisor who investigated this matter further. This package was indeed adjusted by the park apparently so Ticketstodo did not alter/change the conditions. So I was wrong. I still think it would have helped if the helpdesk staff approached this in a different way. I do appreciate someone stepped in to solve or clarify this after the initial unhelpful reaction by the helpdesk. It would also help if the website explains what IS included and what is NOT included to avoid confusion during ordering.
I have raised the rating to 3 now. Hope this helps. Thank you.

I’d a chance to book Laguna waterpark Tickets. The customer service was excellent and prompt as all my questions were replied to in detail. The package Was All in one Combo and that too on lower rate than Other websites.

Waited in front of administration for 30 minutes to confirm the tickets

Made a booking for a slot at the Louvre Abu Dhabi.

They couldn’t get us in at the time we booked.

We were then offered another slot which we accepted. They then didn’t send the tickets for that slot at all.

So instead of us arriving and buying tickets at the gate, we stood around in reception waiting for tickets for over an hour and a half.

What’s the point in this site if you have to wait around for this long to get tickets for an attraction, when you are already in reception for that attraction, and in reception you can just buy regular tickets?

The what’s app support was useful, but ultimately didn’t speed anything up at all. They then stopped manning the what’s app and went offline.

Just buy regular tickets and save yourself the hassle.

Edit: we ended up waiting even longer than mentioned above... and the “real” customer service was closed as it was the weekend.

So they sell tickets to attractions you would visit at the weekend, but they themselves are closed on one day of the weekend?!

We ultimately cancelled the transaction and bought tickets at the desk. They were even cheaper than what we paid on this site as there were various promotions ongoing.

I will update when I know how long the refund will take to be processed.
